Bluevex Prime Solutions (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are based in Nairobi, Kenya and can be reached at info@bluevexprime.com.

This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We only collect personal data that you type into a form on this site. There is no account system, and we do not buy contact lists.

• Enquiry and quote forms. Your name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, the type of enquiry, and whatever you write in the message field.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and for keeping the site running.
• Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies: an anonymised record of which pages are visited and which links are clicked. We do not use analytics to identify individuals, and nothing is collected if you decline.

Enquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare a quotation, and keep a record of the request so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. Where you become a customer, we retain the correspondence as part of the commercial record for that engagement.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you have separately asked to hear from us.

Personal data is shared only with the service providers that make the website and our correspondence work — our hosting provider, our email provider, and our analytics provider where analytics are enabled. Each processes data on our instructions.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

• Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement — 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Procurement cycles often pause and restart, and this keeps your earlier requirement on file if you come back to it.
• Records relating to an active or completed engagement — for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and then for any period tax, accounting or other law obliges us to hold them.
• Server logs — retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics, then discarded.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner. See “Your rights” below.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not share data with advertising networks.

Analytics cookies are the only non-essential cookies we use. They are not set unless you accept them in the cookie banner — until you do, nothing is requested from our analytics provider at all. Declining costs you nothing: every part of the site works either way.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link at the foot of every page. Withdrawing consent clears the analytics cookies already set on this device.

Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act 2019 you have the right to be informed of how your data is used, to access a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask for deletion, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email info@bluevexprime.com and we will respond within the statutory period.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are validated on the server before they are processed. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the regulator if a breach affects your data in a way the law requires us to report.

We update this policy when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed.
